Where is my Leash & Lounge order?

As a Leash & Lounge member, you can check the status of all your orders by logging into your account and accessing your order history.
You can also track your order at any time using the Leash & Lounge App.

Once your order has shipped, you can follow its progress and see which carrier is handling the delivery. Here’s how:

• Go to the Orders page

• On LeashLounge.com, click the “View or Manage” button for the item you want to track. On the Leash & Lounge App, simply select the item.

• Tap “Track Shipment” to view the estimated delivery date, the shipping carrier, and the tracking number.
